    Hello Doc:

    I notice that Dr. Dharma suggests eating fish which Dr. Mercola has told us is a bad idea because of the lead in the oceans, I believe. What are your thoughts on that?

    Glad to hear from you again!

    Dr. Dharma suggests eating fish sparingly, and focusing on the smaller fish that have very low mercury contamination. The larger the fish the higher the mercury level because they are higher up in the food chain and eating large quantities of the smaller fish and accumulating mercury over time.

    Always something, eh?
