Tranquility of single flower (or snowflake) at home

Sunday, August 8, 2010. In a previous Sunday post we published a tranquil mountain lake scene, for restful de-stressing of the mind and body, to enhance the brain’s capacity for better learning. What if you can’t “get away” to a tranquil mountain lake, or even a nearby lake? What if you are “stuck” at home? No problem. The brain, body and soul can find sweet “balm in Gilead” by gazing tenderly at the beauty of a single flower at home.
