“I am grateful for everything.” – Doc Meek

Thursday, December 1, 2010. Today I am grateful for everything. I remember the man identified in Marci Shimoff’s Happy for No Reason who said: “I am grateful for everything. I have no complaints whatsoever!”

As a chronic complainer, I was so stunned by this man’s attitude [“I am grateful for everything. I have no complaints whatsoever”] that I decided to try to achieveĀ that seemingly impossible perspective.

Some days I succeed. Some days I don’t succeed, and still, I am much further ahead for trying. šŸ˜®

A big salute to those who share kindness and thoughfulness without complaints!

“Perlmutter pioneering HBOT.” – Doc Meek

Wednesday, December 1, 2010. Today I am grateful that I remembered that Dr. Perlmutter has been pioneering HBOT for treating neurological problems, including learning problems, while mainstream medicine is still regretfully far behind.
